Cancellation Policy

At Supply Distric, we understand that you may need to cancel an order after placing it. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests received before an order has been processed or shipped.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order.

Cancellation requests should include your name, order number, and the reason for cancellation. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

Refunds

If an eligible order is successfully cancelled before processing or shipment, the applicable refund will be handled according to the payment method and order status.

Since our store currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD), no payment is collected online when the order is placed.

Shipped Orders

Orders that have already been shipped cannot normally be cancelled through the cancellation process. In such cases, please contact our customer service team for assistance regarding the available options.
